Qigong, pronounced Chee-gung, is a component of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is designed to support wellness, by integrating breath practices with graceful movement and mindfulness. The purpose of qigong moving meditation is to facilitate the natural flow of Qi or 'Vital Energy' throughout the body.
Qigong practice initiates the natural healing processes of your body and provides maintenance of good health.
It helps to detox and heal the organs and glandular system. strengthens the muscles, bones and connective tissue. Improves digestion, reduces stress, combats depression and promotes restorative sleep.

Qigong Self Care and Teacher Training is a wellness training program developed by Kathryn Davis, Master Qigong Teacher and Energy Healer.
Kathryn has 30 years experience as a Qigong Instructor and facilitator of Qigong Moving Meditation, and Energy Healing Systems. Her current Qigong teaching repertoire includes the “Soaring Crane,” “Jade Body,” “Essence” and “Turtle Longevity” forms. She is the founder of the Kun Li Sheng™ Qigong form and energy healing system. Kathryn is certified by the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and has engaged in extensive study in the U.S and Mainland China.
